Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: You may return the item within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the item was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue you store credit instead of a refund, which you can use towards a future purchase.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way, or on any items marked as final sale. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items purchased in-store, as these items are subject to different return policies.
Shipping
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Please contact us for more information about international shipping.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
- Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. However, during peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment.
